  Be very careful with First Choice as they are very deceptive in their practices. When my grandson was hurt, we went to their facility in Rosenberg and explained we don't have insurance and we would be paying cash. They said it wasn't a problem and proceeded to attend to my grandson. Upon leaving, we were informed the bill was just over $500. I explained we didn't have insurance and they agreed to discount it to $250 if I paid at that time. I reluctantly agreed and paid the $250. Now, over a month later I receive a bill in the mail for $502.15 and upon calling was informed I owed additional funds for "the doctor and other fees' which totals $1,069.39!!! We have no way to pay this amount. Again, deceptive practices thus I recommend you go to Royal or better yet to Hermann Memorial or Methodist hospital.

  If I could give this place a 0 , I would. I just received a bill with a ridiculous amount for being there for 30 minutes for something so minor. I thought the worse they could charge me is $200-$300. I even asked the receptionist several times if my insurance would pay for it and if there would be a charge. She assured me that insurance would cover it. When I left , I asked again and she said "there is no charge, we will just send the bill to your insurance." However, my bill was over $1500 and apparently they charged me over $800 just for EMERGENCY Service. This is something they could have told me at the beginning but they chose not to. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
