  I was excited when I saw the reviews but I realized that thr Yelp reviews and other website reviews were more accurate on this place. The staff takes FOREVER to move and get something done. The patient shouldn't have to tell you over 3 times that they want to get out of there so that you can move along. Every time I said that, they provided us with the appropriate help right away but why did I need to keep saying it? They all were more concered about socializing and chatting than they were with us. We were the only patients there. I had to walk out with my bib on to ask what is going on because I was left waiting in the room for 10 minutes as I hear them all laughing in the front. I was then informed that the dentist forgot to explain the most important thing and the hygentist was supposed to do it but she also forgot but they were in the front chatting instead!!!!!! They told me to take off the bib and come up front. I thought we were on candid camera from the amount of times things like this happened. Two hours there and did not even get a cleaning just exams and xrays.

  I had a good time with my appointment I was relaxed staff was very good because I have this fear of Dental work Castle staff made me feel comfortable Thanks Castle Dental.
